Returns

We accept return requests within 4 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Exchange Policy

Items may be exchanged for a different size or available alternative product, subject to stock availability.

Size Issue: Any size-related issue must be informed within 72 hours of delivery. Requests raised after 72 hours may not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Customized or altered products.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the CREDIT NOTE ISSUE within 7–10 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Prepaid orders: Once placed, prepaid orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: COD orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
